All investigators must successfully pass a background investigation which entails a Civil and Criminal Court records search, employment verification, drivers history, drug screen, physical and psychological  exams.

Briefly, our professional investigators primarily receive their work assignments from their home. Investigators receive case assignment information on a daily basis via our company secured, encrypted web site. Investigators discreetly follow claimants and videotape their activities for use by claims examiners and attorneys to mitigate the merits of an injury claim. Investigative reports are written in a Microsoft Word format using a supplied report template. Investigators must be able to accurately document their investigation and produce well written reports.

Safety is our highest priority and strict procedures are enforced to ensure our ongoing safety record.  Once fully trained, investigators work alone in the field on assignments about 90% of the time. While in the field, our investigators stay in constant communication with our dispatch center, as well as their case supervisors. Each and every assignment is handled by means of a “Team” approach so as to obtain the maximum results for our clients. Our case supervisors depend upon our field investigators to secure pertinent evidence on a given assignment and our investigators depend upon the dispatch center to provide them with timely, effective information whether it is running a plate, calling in a “Code 5” or contacting a source for further “intel” information.

Training is an important aspect of our company philosophy. Investigators are expected to stop by the area office to consult with our staff or receive additional training on a regular basis. Highly trained investigators are empowered to make better investigative decisions and avoid creating liability for the company. As a result, our investigators become very creative in their techniques and productive in their findings. At the same time, our consistent training program ensures that the evidence obtained is done so in a legal and ethical manner.  Depending on the status of a claim, an investigator may later be summoned to testify in court as to the validity of their evidence.
